Coaching:

• Does not replace licensed medical, psychological, or legal services

Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.

2. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

• Coaching is a collaborative, self-directed process

• Results are not guaranteed

• The Coach is not responsible for outcomes resulting from your choices

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or engage in services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

4. Scheduling, Fees, and Payments

• Fees are disclosed prior to scheduling services

• A valid payment method may be required to be kept on file

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be billed at the full session rate

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Wilkie Life Coaching & Consulting LLC applies HIPAA-style privacy safeguards and confidentiality practices consistent with federal standards and South Carolina law.

Information may be disclosed only as required by law, including:

• Threats of harm to self or others

• Suspected child or elder abuse or neglect (mandatory reporting)

• Court orders or legal obligations
